LFT Carbon Fiber Composites

Long fiber thermoplastic engineering materials with fiber lengths of 5–25mm. Products combine high strength and high impact resistance — high efficiency, low cost replacement for metal and thermoset carbon fiber.

  • Fiber length: 5–25mm (vs 1–2mm for SCF)
  • Fiber retention rate: 80%+
  • Tensile strength up to 180 MPa
  • Compatible resins: PA6/66/12, PPS, PEEK, PP, PBT, TPU and more

Conductive / Antistatic Plastics

Engineering plastics endowed with conductivity, electrostatic dissipation or EMI shielding capabilities through special modification. Available in PEEK, PBT, POM and many other base resins.

  • Antistatic: 10⁶–10⁹Ω surface resistance
  • Conductive: 10³–10⁵Ω surface resistance
