LFT Carbon Fiber Composites
Long fiber thermoplastic engineering materials with fiber lengths of 5–25mm. Products combine high strength and high impact resistance — high efficiency, low cost replacement for metal and thermoset carbon fiber.
- Fiber length: 5–25mm (vs 1–2mm for SCF)
- Fiber retention rate: 80%+
- Tensile strength up to 180 MPa
- Compatible resins: PA6/66/12, PPS, PEEK, PP, PBT, TPU and more
- Available fibers: Carbon, Glass, Basalt, Quartz
Conductive / Antistatic Plastics
Engineering plastics endowed with conductivity, electrostatic dissipation or EMI shielding capabilities through special modification. Available in PEEK, PBT, POM and many other base resins.
- Antistatic: 10⁶–10⁹Ω surface resistance
- Conductive: 10³–10⁵Ω surface resistance
- Base resins: PEEK, PBT, POM, PPS, PA12, ETFE, PVDF, PFA and more
- Applications: Semiconductor equipment, electronics, industrial automation
Graphene Thermal Materials
Graphene-filled composite plastics combining excellent thermal dissipation, light weight and moldability. Doolike has solved the industry pain points of uneven dispersion and weak interfacial bonding.
